Commercial Warehousing started when Commercial Warehousing opened its first warehouse in 1966 as a family business and has grown to become one of the largest warehousing operations in the entire Southeast. Four decades of experience have taught us that a focus on the day-to-day fundamentals of accuracy, quality, speed and communication are paramount to all we do.
Our operation has grown to more than 900,000 square feet of available dry warehouse space with facilities ranging from 20,000 to 250,000 square feet. Commercial Warehousing also operates in excess of 12,757,000 cubic feet of temperature-controlled space across six facilities to accommodate all forms of perishable food and beverage products. As owners, our customers can select the business relationship that best suits their requirements whether it be dedicated or contract warehousing, public/multi-client warehousing or operating it themselves through a traditional leasing relationship.
Four decades is not overnight. We know that our success is built on the foundation of our customers' success. Many of our first customers from our early beginnings are still our valued customers. Experience also has taught us that our success is predicated by the success of our customers' customer.
