And we do all of this across six different temperature ranges, in bulk environments, racked environments and packaging environments. As owners, we are in a unique position to offer our customers specialized facilities in the case where they wish to keep operating control. This can be for cold storage, ambient warehousing, or specialized packaging/processing space. Our lease customers typically utilize many of our other logistical offerings to support their business during the year.
